Need "day of" coordination? No problem!
Do you need someone to run your wedding day… create a structured timeline for you, your wedding party and vendors…point everyone in the right direction…and make sure you have a drink all night long?
We do that!
Day of needs are rarely universal, so we would meet with you to confirm timelines, vendor schedules, wedding party needs, etc. so your day runs smoothly. For more information on day of services, click here. Our “day of coordination” really starts about 60 days before your wedding so bring your big binder and know that we’ve got this!
Pricing and Services!
$1,995 - Or take advantage of our 10% of pre-pay discount — $1,750
includes all of the following:**
2 - Upfront Planning meetings to review where you are and advise on anything I see that you may have missed. Also I like to get to know you right away!
3 - Timeline/Vendor Collaboration/Day of Coordination Planning Meetings We will meet with you at 90- 60- and 30-days out to nail down details, collect your vendor information, and allow you to begin to “let go” of the details so you can get excited and enjoy the time before your big day! Planning meetings are by phone, Zoom.
Two coordinators will be on-site on your wedding day for 20 hours (10 hours per coordinator — these can also used anytime--month-of, week-of, day-of, or for your rehearsal). We’ll be there to set up, keep tabs on your vendors, deal with any last minute emergencies, put some drinks in your hands, and run your day. We’ll stay until we send you and your family on your way! We’ll also attend and run your rehearsal so you can have the happiest wedding eve ever! (If you need additional coordination hours these are easily added at $100/hour.)
Creation of Wedding Timelines and Vendor Confirmations We’ll create a comprehensive timeline including all of your vendor information, who-go-where-when for your vendors, wedding party, and you! Easy timelines will be generated for you, your vendors, your wedding party, and your family—all accessible online. We’ll also round up all of your vendors and give them timeline collaboration rights so we are all on the same page as details firm up. (So many details!)

*Sundays (non-holiday) are priced at $1,795*. Holiday weekends add a $250 surcharge. Pricing is valid for venues within 15 miles of downtown Cincinnati. For venues outside this radius, additional travel time is applied to your coordination hours.
